Mayor Bill Cole signed a proclamation recognizing the week of April 1st – April 7th the Week of the Young Child. To kick it off, HRDC is hosting a family fun fair this Saturday, April 1st at the Billings Depot. The Billings Public Library will be there, along with some of our Billings Fire Fighters, spreading the word about fire safety. Stop by and say hi!
