Are you terrific like Britt? Come work with us if so!

Meet Britt on our Water Distribution & Collection team! Originally from California, Britt ventured to Arizona, North Dakota, back to California, and eventually he made the RIGHT MOVE to settle down in Montana where he now calls home with his loving family. Like many young professionals, early in his career, Britt tried on several jobs and couldn’t find the right fit. That changed when he came to work for our awesome Distribution & Collection team. That was over 5 years ago, and to this day, Britt accepts every project he’s assigned to as another challenge accepted! Serving the Billings community, working outside with his hands, and using his problem-solving skills gives him a great sense of achievement.

Britt is well versed in all D&C tools and equipment for digging, adding and replacing water mains, pipe fusing, pipe bursting, working on hydrants, etc. Even though that’s the case, he thinks learning never stops when working for Distribution & Collection. Every project is unique which means it’s never boring. A quick drive around Billings, Britt can recall what projects he’s done in different neighborhoods. Britt also loves coming to work with bosses who are mentors to him and are literarily down in the trenches with the crews. The bosses also think Britt’s positive energy is contagious and makes for more fun at work all around!

On days off, Britt’s family thoroughly enjoys what Montana has to offer. They love going camping around lakes like Tongue River, Cooney, and Fort Peck because their daughter LOVES swimming. A career with the City comes with a great benefit package and allows for quality time with loved ones.

To join our Distribution & Collection team, we’d love to see some construction experience on your resume. A CDL would be great to have, but if not, we’ll help you get it.
