With the weather getting nicer, it means various construction projects can begin. The S. 4th Street Reconstruction project is slated to begin next week. You will see marks on the roads and flags in yards connected to the project. The contractor is staging equipment this week. Please note that Russel Park will be closed until the completion of the project.
