Update at 5:42 PM on 3/31/2023: text-to-911 service has been restored. Thank you everyone for your patience while we worked through these technical issues. 

Original Post:Gallatin County’s text-to-911 service is currently down and not receiving text messages. Please use a voice call if you are needing to contact us for an emergency. 

We are receiving voice calls as normal, so please continue to call us as needed. We will be sure to update you when our text-to-911 service is back up and running.
