Valley Drug would like to issue a reminder that when picking up ANY controlled prescription medications, you are required BY LAW to present a VALID driver’s license in order to receive the medication for EACH FILL (per Montana State Law Title 37, Chapter 7, Part 4).

We will no longer be making any exceptions. If you are unsure if what you are picking up is a controlled medication, please ensure you have your ID in your possession in case. We understand that we live in a small community, so please do not take offense if we personally know you, this is not store policy, this is state law. Thank you for your understanding.
