U.S. Senator Steve Daines has nominated four students from Montana for potential enrollment in U.S. military academies for 2025.
“As the son of a U.S. Marine, it is an honor and a privilege to nominate outstanding young Montanans to compete for an appointment to the United States service academies. All of these students demonstrate outstanding leadership, high moral character, and a commitment to excellence. I wish them the best as they seek to serve our country,” said Daines.
A congressional nomination is required for Montanans who want to attend U.S. military academies. The selection process evaluates candidates on their academic achievements, involvement in civic activities, athletic performance, and dedication to both community and military service. More details about student resources related to this process are available on Senator Daines’ website.
The names of the nominated students were included in the announcement.
