U.S. Senator Steve Daines, who represents Montana in the Senate and serves on several key committees, recently shared updates on his priorities and activities through a series of social media posts.

On December 31, 2025, Daines highlighted federal support for veterans’ cemeteries in Montana: “This recent grant from @DeptVetAffairs will provide critical funding for the Western MT State Veterans Cemetery & our tribal cemeteries. It’s a priority of mine every year. Thank you @POTUS & @SecVetAffairs for honoring our veterans and those who sacrificed to protect our”.
