Steve Daines, U.S. Senator from Montana, posted several messages on his social media account in December 2025 reflecting engagement with both national and local events.

On December 19, 2025, Daines wrote, “Thank you @POTUS!”

The following day, December 20, he shared his presence at a major Montana sporting event with other notable figures: “Great to be with @GovGianforte, @montanastate President Tessman & @bradmwarren before the Brawl of the Wild 2.0! GO CATS GO!” Later that same day, he added another post referencing the event: “SUPER BRAWL DAY”

Daines is a fifth-generation Montanan who grew up in Bozeman and attended public schools there. He earned a Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering from Montana State University and later held management roles at Procter & Gamble as well as an executive position at a software company based in Bozeman. Daines has represented Montana in the U.S. Senate since 2015 and serves on several Senate committees including finance, foreign relations, energy and natural resources, and Indian affairs (official website). His offices provide constituent services across multiple Montana cities and Washington, D.C., offering assistance with federal agencies and veterans’ resources. Daines has also been recognized by the Congressional Management Foundation for transparency and staff support.
