Ballard Petroleum LLC issued the following announcement on Feb.4.
Big Sky Economic Development assisted four businesses through the State Big Sky Trust Fund grant programs this past quarter. These programs are focused on job creation and feasibility analysis. In total, $409,300 has been made available for businesses on a reimbursement basis. The applications were for the creation of 30 jobs at Meadow Lark Companies, 30 jobs at Alpine Air Express, 17 jobs at WebBuy, and a $24,300 grant toward the pre-engineering/design work at Meadowlark Brewing’s new Billings facility.
Job creation grants are available for companies that have a focus on out of state markets and who pay a minimum of $15.00 per hour (benefits included).
