ATTENTION: Winter debris burning restrictions go into effect on December 1st. December 1st through February 28th, all burners are required to obtain and activate a Montana DEQ permit in addition to buying and activating their county permit prior to ignition. Call DEQ (406-444-3490) and apply well in advance of your burn, as applications take time to process.
