******WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 3 PM MDT THIS AFTERNOON...* WHAT...Areas of freezing drizzle and snow occurring. Additional snow accumulations up to one inch. Light ice accumulations.* WHERE...Carter and Powder River.* WHEN...Until 3 PM MDT this afternoon.* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions will impact the Friday morning commute.
