March 7 Will Be a Groundbreaking Day for Billings | City of Billings Government
In case you heard about it and are wondering, the groundbreaking events for the Inner Belt Loop and Skyline Trail that were originally scheduled for today (2/22/23) have been rescheduled for March 7. Let's hope Old Man Winter gives us a chance to dig our shovels into the ground that day, and not a pile of snow!
