On December 2, 2024, Rosendale commented on potential actions by President Biden following the conclusion of campaigning. He expressed concerns about an increase in pardons and executive orders from the administration. Rosendale noted that "Executive Orders issued by Biden can be revoked on day one of the Trump Admin!" "Of course he did! Now that “The Big Guy” doesn’t have to worry about campaigning any longer, we are probably going to see more pardons and more executive orders."
